We are looking for an inspiring and proactive Social Value Manager to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, leading the delivery of impactful social value, sustainability and community initiatives across a high profile healthcare contract.

What You'll Do:

Lead the delivery of all contractual Social Value commitments, ensuring targets, KPIs and outcomes are achieved and evidenced

Develop and manage partnerships with local authorities, education providers, charities, community organisations and employability partners

Drive local employment, inclusive recruitment and apprenticeship programmes, creating opportunities for local residents and under represented groups

Deliver and coordinate education, skills, work experience, mentoring and careers initiatives across the contract

Lead community engagement and volunteering programmes, building positive relationships and creating lasting local impact.

Support the delivery of sustainability, environmental and waste reduction initiatives, including social value and net zero commitments

Act as the principal point of contact for Social Value delivery, engaging confidently with NHS stakeholders, community partners and senior leaders

Produce high quality performance reports, impact measurements, case studies and presentations, ensuring all activity is accurately tracked, evidenced and auditable
What You Bring:

Experience delivering Social Value, CSR or sustainability programmes

Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills
-
Experience delivering community, education and employability initiatives

Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
-
Strong data analysis and performance reporting capability

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
-
Knowledge of Social Value, public sector and sustainability requirements
