We are looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our building and walling team.
No experience is require as full training will be provided.
This is a hands-on outdoor role working in all weather conditions.
The job involves breaking down natural stone blocks to create walling and building products, this achieved by using hand tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery as per site rules
- Stone processing
- Comply with health and safety procedures and policies
- Undertake basic maintenance tasks as necessary

Working times are from 07:00am to 16:15pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 07.00am to 15.00pm
Rate: £16.50/hr, Overtime rate at £33.00/hr
Starting Rate is £14.00 during training, once you have achieved target rate this will increase to £16.50. Generally we expect you to be at target rate within 4 weeks, this can be accelerated or slowed depending on your individual effort and initiative.
Monthly Attendance/Target Bonus

20 days of holiday a year plus bank holidays.
