Candidate duties must include good, personable people skills and computer literacy. The candidate must ensure that the reception area of the practice runs smoothly, this includes administration, answering basic questions and queries. The candidate must at all times provide a high level of service to patients and other members of the practice team. Candidate advise patients on appointment times and book appointments for eye examinations and contact lens examinations.
The ideal candidate must be willing to undergo training regarding dispensing of optical appliances if required.
House keeping duties is essential.
Advise patients on eyewear/ frame suitability.
Good customer service skills is essential.
Must be flexible and willing to cover extra shifts if required during holiday cover for other member of staff.
£12.71/hr to do minimum of 5 days/week , extra shifts may be required.
