The Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing truck sales around the local Northwest area. Full training on the product range will be provided by both the Mercedes-Benz Truck division and by colleagues at Ciceley Commercials.
To fully understand the benefits of the Mercedes-Benz truck product range, you will need to be able to drive them, and so you will be required to complete an HGV driver training programme to achieve your HGV/LGV licence.
- You will be able to open the door to new customers who may never have considered a Mercedes-Benz
- Identify truck and Ciceley opportunities within the local area
- Explain and demonstrate the key benefits of Mercedes-Benz and Ciceley, including service and parts
- Maximise the potential of package selling by promoting the advantages of Mercedes-Benz R&M contracts, low whole life costs and product reliability
- Demonstrate all aspects of the Mercedes-Benz product to the customer, including body specifications using all the available marketing materials and demonstrators where possible
• Gain a full customer profile from local to national customers, identifying their exact requirements • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey through to repurchase
- Record key activities within the CRM system to ensure prospect and customer contact is maintained.

On Offer
Basic Salary: £37,000 per annum OTE £70,000
- 23 days holiday plus bank holiday
