This is an exciting opportunity to work with both primary and secondary-aged pupils, supporting them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities.
- Promote pupils' independence, confidence and social development.
- Help manage behaviour positively and consistently.
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND is desirable but not essential.
- Patient, compassionate and resilient.
- Able to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
