Sales & Customer Service Advisor
We're looking for someone to join our small repair and retail shop. You'll be the face of the business, helping customers with sales and repairs, managing our database and CRM, handling till payments, and keeping the shop running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting customers with sales enquiries and repair bookings
- Updating customers on repair progress and maintaining the CRM system
- Liaising between front desk and workshop
- Restocking shelves and keeping the shop tidy
- Managing the till and processing payments
Who we're looking for:
- Keen interest in technology (PCs, phones, laptops, tablets, gaming rigs)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to upsell when appropriate
- Presentable, well-spoken, friendly and outgoing
- Willing to learn about tech and take initiative
- Comfortable working under pressure when busy
- Business-minded approach to the role
- Someone who takes initiative and finds work to do when it's quiet
The role:
- 9am–6pm, Tuesday to Sunday (Mondays & Tuesdays off)
- 30-minute lunch break, flexible timing
- £13 per hour
- Full training provided on till and database systems
- Possibility of further advancement to PC building and/or repairs
We're a small, established business run by the same management for 18 years. We're relaxed and laid-back, but we take pride in what we do. Good atmosphere, genuine team, and we genuinely look out for each other.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
