As a manufacturer, convertor and supplier of technical adhesive tapes, our products are found in many applications across a variety of markets, such as Medical, Building & Construction, Graphics, Electronics and Automotive.
Capitalising on a period of sustained growth, we are now looking to strengthen our manufacturing team and have a role for a machine operator.
Experience of rotary die-cutting or printing machines would be an advantage, but not essential. What is important though is, having a methodical approach, mechanical aptitude, a high attention for detail and to be a team player.

Responsibilities
· Using SOPs [Standard Operation Procedures], setting-up and operating rotary die-cutting machine
· Loading and unloading materials and tools onto machines
· Accountable for the quality of output-product and being able to demonstrate problem-solving skills should defects occur
· Keeping accurate production records and submitting these to the Product Manager as required
· Keep a clean and safe working environment
· Communicate with supervisors and co-workers
· Comply with the sites’ health, safety and hygiene regulations, rules and procedures
Experience
· A minimum of three-years’ working in a shop-floor manufacturing environment
· Hands-on experience operating production machines, e.g. rotary die-cutting, label printing, CNC, or slitting
Requirements
· Good time management, able to work under pressure, and to meet defined targets and deadline
· Be methodical, detailed and quality conscious
· Be literate and numerate, demonstrating a good attention to detail
· Enjoy a variety of work, with a willingness to be trained on other processing machines
· Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
· Friendly, approachable, with good communication skills and a team-player
· Be able to work legally in the UK
· Living in or close to the Milton Keynes area
Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
