Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join the Council’s Estates & Landlord Services department, specifically supporting the Asset Management team. You will support a dedicated team with responsibility for the use and performance of a diverse land and property portfolio. The role offers opportunities for personal development and experience in a range of property matters and exciting workstreams. You will be expected to work closely with the colleagues and contribute to the department’s varied functions, including but not limited to the Council’s investment and commercial portfolios, repurposing of vacant assets, regeneration, cemetery service, allotment sites and general asset management. The role will contribute towards ensuring our assets are fit for purpose and positively contributing to the lives of our residents and service users/providers.
SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Location: County Hall, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
