Duties
- Supervise daily food production activities, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served

- Oversee food preparation processes, from ingredient selection to plating, maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences
- Ensure all kitchen operations comply with health regulations, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage waste to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive food production and kitchen experience with a strong foundation in culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively
- Solid background in food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation standards
- Experience working in a hospitality or restaurant setting that emphasizes excellent service and guest engagement
- Knowledge of health regulations and safety standards relevant to food handling and kitchen operations
- Previous serving experience is a plus, highlighting your understanding of customer service dynamics
