We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and directing them appropriately
- Handling correspondence, emails, and enquiries efficiently
- Organising appointments, meetings, and maintaining schedules
- Performing data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintaining accurate records through filing systems and administrative databases
- Assisting with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail
