As Team Leader you will directly link in to the Service Manager, as well as working collaboratively with other Team Leaders, Operations Managers and our partner organisations, to ensure clear communication and meet the delivery needs of this service to support our clients to achieve positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for collaboratively leading a WithYou team to deliver a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPI’s set to ensure we are providing the best service to our clients and improve treatment outcomes, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team. You will also be expected to hold a small caseload.
This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently. You will support staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales.
This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 with occasional late shifts from 11:00 - 19:00.
The salary for this role follows a fixed incremental pay scale - this starts at £34,900 per year, rising yearly in line with our salary progression bands, up to £41,080 per year.
