We are seeking an experienced IT Change Analyst to oversee the IT change lifecycle, ensuring changes are implemented effectively, efficiently, and with minimal risk to the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing and assessing change requests, conducting risk and impact analysis, supporting governance activities, and driving continuous improvement across change management processes.
It’s essential to be fluent in French and English for this position. This role is offering a hybrid working contract with 3 days per week in either the Ashford office or Hemel Hempstead office, and as such a good degree of self-motivation and flexibility is required.
The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring compliance with change management policies and audit requirements, and collaborating with service owners and technical teams to improve change success rates while reducing emergency changes. You will also support and enhance Change Enablement, Release and Deployment Management practices, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least six years' experience in IT Change Management or Change Enablement, together with a strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly Change Enablement and Release and Deployment Management. You will possess proven experience in risk assessment, impact analysis, and configuration management, as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with enterprise service management platforms such as ServiceNow would be advantageous.
Applicants should hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with an ITIL v4 Foundation certification. A cloud-based certification in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity for a change management professional with expertise in ITIL, cloud technologies, change enablement, and release management to play a pivotal role in maintaining governance, reducing operational risk, and supporting successful IT service delivery.
