We're looking for a new assistant pub manager to join our pub, to help us create a truly special place for our customers to relax, socialize, and have a good time.

As well as the below, if you can demonstrate a successful history of event organisation and management, along with a superb understanding of social media, it will be considered a massive benefit!!
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 1 year managed house experience
- SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS
- Be highly dynamic and motivated
- Be passionate about customer service and providing a great experience for everyone who walks through the door
- Be able to work under pressure and stay calm in a crisis
- Have a good sense of humour and be able to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for your team and customers
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of staff and ensuring that all operations run smoothly
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the pub, including food and drink orders, customer service, and events
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Get involved in the development of marketing and promotional strategies to maximise your pub’s potential
- Helping to ensure that the pub is a profitable and sustainable business
