An extremely busy and well-established Sign Company based in Leicester, Alpen Signs are now recruiting for an experienced "Letter Bender/Laser Welder Operator" to join our busy production team. If you think you have what it takes, we would like to hear from you – what are you waiting for?
We are looking for someone that can follow instructions and is happy to get stuck in to any task to get the job done.
Ideally, you will have worked in the signs industry for at least 2 years covering key skills and experience such as:-
Job Summary
- An Experienced Letter Bender/ Laser Welder Operator with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Fabrication of built-up letters in aluminum & steel
- Knowledge of LED'S ideal but not essential
- Flexible approach to problem solving
- Read & understand manufacturing drawings and blueprints
- Have impeccable attention to detail & working to tight deadlines
- Friendly, positive, and helpful approach
- Good housekeeping of your department and equipment always.
- Health & Safety awareness at all times.
- When not busy, work may be allocated within the Workshop to assist in any other tasks that are within the capabilities of the role.
