The Role
As a Weekend Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.
Every day is different, but your duties may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting with mobility and moving safely
- Companionship and emotional support
- Completing care records accurately using our digital system
- Communicating effectively with the office team and families
- Promoting independence wherever possible

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete mandatory training
- Availability to work weekends

Weekend Availability
We are particularly interested in applicants who can work:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Alternate weekends
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Full-day weekend shifts
We'll work with you to agree a regular weekend pattern that suits both you and our clients.
