Job Overview: Registered Nurse – Clinical Governance Lead (Crossways Care)
Part-time clinical leadership role in Ruskington overseeing clinical governance, staff training, complex care packages, and CQC compliance for a domiciliary care service.
Pay, Hours & Perks
- Pay: £25.00 – £27.00 per hour (based on experience) + mileage allowance.
- Hours: 15–20 hours per month (Part-time, flexible; potential to increase as the service grows).
- Location: Ruskington, Lincolnshire.
Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Governance: Oversee complex care assessments, conduct clinical audits (medication, risk, documentation), and handle CQC compliance.
- Staff Training & Mentoring: Train and assess staff competencies in key clinical areas (catheter/stoma care, PEG feeding, diabetes, end-of-life care, etc.).
- Multidisciplinary Liaison: Coordinate with GPs, District Nurses, Social Workers, and hospitals to support care plans and discharges.
Key Requirements
- Active NMC Pin (Registered Adult Nurse) with 3+ years post-registration experience.
- Background in community/district nursing, domiciliary care, or complex care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical auditing.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
