We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in. Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on various materials including aluminium and stainless steel.
- Fabricate components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to precise specifications.
- Work with sheet metal and other materials to create or repair parts according to engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Assist in the assembly of fabricated components, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and align materials accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and ensure project deadlines are met.
Skills
- Proven experience in TIG welding with a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to assembly processes and material handling.
