We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bartender to come onboard and be part of our bar operations in a vibrant hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong ownership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for working behind the bar ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in bartending and experience will be essential in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.

Experience
- 2 years minimum of proven experience in a role within a bar environment is essential.
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various beverages and food safety regulations.
- Demonstrated teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
