Description
Prime Cleaning Solutions Ltd has a summer job opportunity for reliable cleaning operatives, helping with an intensive student accommodation turnaround in Belfast city centre this July. The main role is deep cleaning student rooms to a high handover standard, ready for the new intake.
This is fast-paced summer work as part of a team, cleaning rooms thoroughly against daily targets — ideal if you're looking for solid hours over the summer.

You must be available to work the full first phase: Friday 10 July to Wednesday 15 July 2026. We can only consider applicants who can commit to all of these dates. Shifts run on a rota basis, with the potential for ongoing work after this initial phase.
What you'll be doing
- Deep cleaning student bedrooms top to bottom — surfaces, floors, fixtures, woodwork and windows
- Deep cleaning en-suite bathrooms and kitchen areas — descaling, sanitising and degreasing
- Removing marks, dust and limescale to a high handover standard
- Cleaning communal areas and corridors as needed
- Working efficiently to daily room targets
- Following cleaning checklists and reporting any maintenance issues or damage
What we're looking for
- Available for the full first phase (10–15 July 2026) — essential
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player
- A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable keeping a steady pace through a physically active shift
- Cleaning experience welcome but not essential — full induction provided
