To be a representative Bouyage providing manicure, pedicure and nail art services to clients as well as additional beauty services (waxing, threading, lash lift, brow lamination). To encourage repeat bookings and upsell retail products for home use.
You must be a great beauty & nail technician to allow for every eventuality, be able to adapt to all circumstances and be a team player. You will be confident in
providing services for natural nails. An understanding of The GelBottle products will be a distinct advantage but full training will be given during your induction.
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Outstanding all round nail technician (personal portfolio required)
- Good personal presentation, strong communicator, warm and friendly
- Exceptional selling skills – to upsell treatments and link sell into products
- Able to build new business through word of mouth as well as otherwise
- Good standard of English
- Fully qualified nail technician
- Fully qualified beautician
- To be flexible and open to change
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- To be able to document your work and share with our marketing team
- Beauty Services required: Brow Treatments including Brow Lamination, Lash Lifting, Waxing including Intimate, Facials. Additional services would be advantageous.
