Salary: NJC Scale 27-31, £38,220 FTE (£22,932 actual)
Responsible to: Director
Period of notice: 1 month on either side; 3 month probationary period
Holidays: 25 days, plus bank holidays (pro rata'd)
Location: GARAS drop-in centre

Job Summary
If you're an experienced manager with a background in immigration advice, GARAS wants to hear from you. As a leading immigration charity in Gloucestershire, we're looking for someone to lead our Adult Advice Team, guiding staff and volunteers as they support asylum seekers and refugees across the county.
Sitting on our Senior Management Team, you'll help shape how GARAS delivers its services, making sure the advice we offer stays true to what we stand for as an organisation.
We're a medium-sized, ambitious charity, and this role would suit someone who thrives on responsibility and wants to see their leadership make a tangible difference to people's lives. You will line manage all members of the Adult Advice Team, so sound judgement, resilience and genuine warmth in your management style will be essential.
This role is based on-site at GARAS premises and will require an Enhanced DBS check.
