Customer Service / Sales Advisor – Full-Time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for multiple Customer Service / Sales Advisors to join our office team at a leading online retail company. We specialise in bespoke cutting of Perspex/Acrylic sheets/ Woodsheets and Packaging materials for online customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ranging from general inquiries to detailed product questions.
- Use the internet, websites, and our bespoke eCommerce admin system efficiently.
- Provide support to the Customer Service and Sales teams.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate advice and guidance to customers.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Carry out data entry and general administrative tasks.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, including some Bank Holidays.
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fast and accurate typing.
- Confident, flexible, and well-organised.
- Strong team player, able to manage your own workload efficiently.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
