Our F&B team are looking for an administrator, on a fixed term basis, to help with the efficient running of our Food & Beverage operation

We are looking for someone who can play a key role supporting the F&B department meet the administrative demands of a busy department.
You will be undertaking general administrative duties including assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training, timesheets and absence records as well as placing orders with suppliers. Experience with IT systems, including Office 365, and a willingness to learn bespoke software systems. You will also need to be a confident communicator, both in writing and verbally, to meet the requirements of this role. This role is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week (9am - 5pm) on a rota basis that will include weekends and bank holidays to meet the needs of the department. As well as your salary you will received additional benefits including an enhanced company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave and other benefits.
This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.
