Llanerch Vineyard is the UK’s first vineyard hotel, set amongst beautiful South Wales countryside just outside Cardiff.
Alongside our 36-bedroom hotel, restaurant and working vineyard, Llanerch is home to a busy and vibrant events operation. We host over 100 weddings each year in our Woodland Marquee, as well as corporate events, private celebrations, dinners and special occasions across our event spaces for up to 200 guests.
We’re now looking for friendly and enthusiastic Events Waiting Staff to join our Events Food & Beverage team and help us deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

You’ll enjoy working with people and being part of a busy, energetic team. You don’t necessarily need previous hospitality experience - a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a friendly approach are just as important to us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As part of our Events Food & Beverage team, you’ll help deliver weddings, corporate events, private parties and special occasions throughout the year.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and professional table service during events
- Serving food to guests efficiently and to a high standard
- Clearing tables between courses and throughout events
- Serving drinks to tables and assisting with drinks service
- Setting up tables and event spaces ready for guests
- Preparing and resetting event areas before, during and after service
- Ensuring tables, glassware, cutlery and event spaces are presented to a high standard
- Responding to guest requests and helping create a welcoming atmosphere
- Working closely with supervisors, kitchen teams and fellow waiting staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
- Assisting with the clear-down of event spaces at the end of functions
No two events at Llanerch are quite the same. One shift could see you serving a wedding breakfast in our Woodland Marquee, while another could involve a corporate dinner or private celebration.
It’s a fast-paced role, but a rewarding one - and you’ll be part of the team helping create some of our guests’ most memorable occasions.

- Longer shifts may be available depending on events
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
