Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and speaking with businesses? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Membership Engagement Executive to help local businesses get the very best from their Chamber membership.In this role, you’ll spend much of your day speaking with members by phone, keeping them engaged, promoting relevant services and events, supporting renewals, and identifying opportunities where the Chamber can add even more value.You’ll be great for this role if you:
- Enjoy talking to people and building rapport
- Have a confident, professional telephone manner
- Are organised, proactive and target-focused
- Have experience in customer service, sales or account management
- Share our values: collaborative, respectful, creative, accountable and positive
