Situated in a Grade 2 listed building the five-storey leisure destination complete with a private members club, bar and grill, pizza joint and café run in partnership with chef Aldo Zilli; the Royal Hall grand ballroom; an expansive garden and members terrace, event spaces and 14 hotel rooms.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team, preparing authentic, high-quality pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about traditional pizza-making, teamwork, and delivering consistently excellent food, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing high-quality pizzas – from hand-stretching dough to using fresh, seasonal ingredients to top them and then firing them in the oven to perfection.
Maintaining kitchen organisation – ensuring a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work environment.
Working as part of a team – supporting the Head Chef and colleagues during service.
Managing food prep & cooking – ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation standards.
Following food safety & hygiene standards – keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.
Assisting with stock control – supporting stock checks, ordering, and waste reduction.
What We’re Looking For:
A skilled & passionate chef – with experience as a CDP, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role.
A hands on team player – who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
A quality-obsessed pizza chef – who takes pride in using fresh, seasonal ingredients and can hand throw the perfect pizza.
An organised & efficient operator – keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
