Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team
- Manage and update client information within CRM systems like Salesforce or other CRM software
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure accurate recording of interactions
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all communications, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow up with potential clients as necessary to confirm appointments and gather additional information
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise appointment scheduling strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
