We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter/Waitress and Kitchen Porters to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Assist in food preparation, adhering to food safety standards to maintain high-quality service.
- Serve food and beverages, including bartending duties when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Support catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued and well cared for.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Skills in bartending or food preparation would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
