We are seeking a Production Operator for our manufacturing plant situated in Henlow, Central Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful company manufacturing high quality products.
Main skills and responsibilities:
- To run machines and produce weather seals
- Replacement of raw materials to ensure continuous production
- Quality Control Checks on profiles
- To report potential quality issues to supervisor
- Continual learning of production processes
- Be aware of scheduling requirements and work to meet targets
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping
- To adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- To report any unsafe acts or Health, Safety and Environmental incidents
Candidate requirements:

Salary components per year:
- £12.73 per hour
- £24,826.09 per annum
- £4,965.22 shift allowance per annum.
- £29791.31 total salary per annum
Working hours per week - 37.5
Hours of work: three shift system on 6-week rotating basis:
- 06.00am – 14.00pm
- 16.00pm – 22.00pm
- 22.00pm – 06.00am
Holidays - 24 plus Bank Holidays
