Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Follow established recipes and food safety standards to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist in meal planning, ingredient selection, and portion control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by maintaining a steady workflow
- Ensure all food is stored properly, rotated regularly, and handled according to safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment at all times
- Serve prepared dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Prior kitchen experience involving meal preparation and serving is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
