Duties
- Manage access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
- Monitor entry and exit of vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct regular site patrols to oversee security conditions and identify potential hazards or unauthorized activity
- Communicate clearly with team members, visitors, and emergency responders as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of all entries, exits, and incidents throughout shifts
- Assist with basic site safety checks and report any irregularities promptly
- Support driving duties such as escorting vehicles or transporting personnel within the site when required
Experience
- Prior construction experience is highly desirable to understand site operations and safety standards
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse teams and visitors
- Valid driving license with clean driving record for site-related driving tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods during shifts
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles involving security or site supervision
