Part-Time Van & Car Courier Recruiter / Recruitment Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Van & Car Courier Recruiter to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support our recruitment processes focused on sourcing and hiring reliable van and car couriers, maintaining strong candidate relationships, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. You will play a key part in attracting qualified courier drivers, using applicant tracking systems, and fostering positive connections with candidates and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and administrative excellence who is looking to contribute on a part-time basis. Experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.
Working Hours
Ideally Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm.
Alternate hours can be considered and discussed to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by sourcing van and car courier candidates across social media platforms, job boards, professional networks, and courier/driver-specific channels
- Manage applicant administration, including tracking applications, driving licences, insurance details, and compliance documents for courier roles
- Coordinate interview and assessment schedules, communicate with van and car courier candidates, and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Support relationship management by engaging with potential couriers and maintaining positive, professional communication channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand van and car courier staffing needs and assist with candidate screening, shortlisting, and selection
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, administration, or a similar role is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Confident using computers and basic online tools (email, spreadsheets, social media)
- Reliable and trustworthy person.
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in helping people find work
- Understanding of van/car courier roles or delivery work is helpful but not essential
