Reception Team Leader – Luxury Hotel
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception Team Leader to join the Front Office team at this busy and highly regarded hotel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong front office experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. As the most senior member of the Reception team, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front Office department, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay.
Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, the Reception Team Leader will lead by example, support the wider reception team, and play a key role in maintaining the highest service standards across the hotel.

The Person
The ideal Reception Team Leader will have the following:
- Previous experience working within a busy hotel reception environment
- Strong working knowledge of the Opera Property Management System
- Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring a reception or front office team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence making decisions and resolving guest issues independently
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
