Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a busy office environment, providing essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
key duties include:
- Diary and inbox management organising schedules, prioritising emails and making appointments.
- Meet and greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival on-site.
- Purchase Invoicing Checking, coding and processing.
- Administration duties including answering the telephone, writing letters and emails and maintaining manual and computerised filing systems.
- Travel planning booking domestic and international travel, accommodation and transport.
- Dealing with suppliers and customers to gain competitive pricing and placing orders.
- Updating Herd records births, deaths & movements.
- Sourcing of Grants & Funding Preparing proposals and tracking budgets.
The Ideal Person will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Confident, friendly and professional communication style.
- Aproactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and aspart of a team.
- The ability to handle sensitive andconfidential company information professionally.
