We are looking for caring, reliable, and confident Support Workers to join a dedicated small team supporting an individual in their own home in Waterlooville.
The person you will be supporting has complex learning disabilities and autism and benefits greatly from a consistent team of people who take the time to build trust, understand their needs, and provide high-quality, person-centred support.

To help them make the most of their time out in the community, we're looking for people who are local to Waterlooville, know the surrounding area, and are confident drivers. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

Providing high‑quality support on a 2:1 basis

Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community

Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing

Supporting communication in the way that works best for them

Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
