We are a long‑established, family‑run independent department store with a strong reputation for excellent customer service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re now looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our Department Store.
The roles are ideal for colleagues who genuinely enjoy chatting with customers, offering helpful advice, and taking pride in being part of a close‑knit team.
About the Role
- Assisting customers across the departments department
- Offering friendly advice and product recommendations
- Maintaining stock levels and attractive displays
- Operating the till and handling transactions accurately
- Helping keep the department tidy, safe and welcoming
About You
- Friendly, approachable and confident talking to customers
- Enjoys delivering great customer service and building rapport
- Reliable, honest and enjoys working as part of a small team
- Happy to work a flexible part‑time rota, including weekends
