Nursery Room Senior - Leatherhead
Salary: Up to £31,200 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Your Role
As a Room Senior, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children's developmental needs

Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards

Monitor and celebrate children's developmental milestones

Build strong, positive relationships with families
-
Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education
-
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
We're looking for someone who has:

A full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification - essential

Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)

Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection

Strong communication skills and a passion for childcare
