Sushi Artisan – Anniesland Morrisons & Waitrose Milngavie
We are currently recruiting Sushi Artisans to join our sushi teams at Anniesland Morrisons and Waitrose Milngavie.
At our stores, we prepare fresh sushi daily for customers to enjoy at home or on the go. We welcome applicants with all levels of experience, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of sushi, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi
- Select fresh ingredients to ensure high-quality dishes
- Carry out food preparation tasks such as cooking rice, cleaning, and cutting vegetables
- Maintain excellent hygiene standards in all food preparation areas
- Clean and organise your workspace at the end of each shift
- Travel between store locations as required
About You
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Honest, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Flexible with availability, including weekends
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to travel between locations) is essential
- Food hygiene certification, knife skills, and health & safety knowledge are desirable (but not essential)
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 – £13.00, depending on experience
- Flexible working options (full-time and part-time available)

Working Hours
- Part-time: approximately 24 hours per week
- Shifts include day, afternoon, overtime, and weekend work
