Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hard working cleaner/housekeeper to join our team.
This is a weekend position with holiday and staff sickness during the week as and when needed, flexible cover essential.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, bathrooms and other designated spaces according to established standards.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and organized efficiently.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Support team members during busy periods by completing additional cleaning tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles.
- Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety procedures at all times.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation is advantageous.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
