Grade: Grade 4 point 12-17

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and hard-working Teaching Assistant initially to work in either EYFS or Key Stage 1.
The successful candidate will:
- Support the class teacher in the planning, preparation and delivery of engaging, learning experiences.
- Have high expectations for all children and be committed to nurturing their development, independence and well-being.

Always demonstrate professionalism and work effectively as part of a supportive team.

Be enthusiastic, positive, inspirational and self-motivated, with a caring and child-centred approach.

Have a sound understanding of child development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, staff and parents.

Have previous experience working within a primary school.
