About the role
Quality Cars & Commercials is one of the West Midlands' fastest-growing used car dealerships, retailing over 100 vehicles a month. We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Executive to join our team — someone who brings the right attitude, learns fast, and wants to grow with a business that rewards results.
Experience in car finance sales is a real advantage, but it's not essential — we'll train the right person. What matters most is your hunger to succeed, your ability to connect with customers, and your commitment to doing things properly.
What we're looking for
A positive, can-do attitude above everything else
Confidence talking to customers face-to-face and on the phone
Experience in car finance or motor trade sales (desirable, not essential)
Flexibility to work weekends as part of a full-time schedule
Ambition to progress — we promote from within

Base salary up to £30,000 — dependent on experience and performance
