Ocean Triumph Plymouth is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead our sales team and represent one of the world's most iconic motorcycle brands. The Role
As Motorcycle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the sales department, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the motorcycle sales team.
- Driving new and used motorcycle sales performance.
- Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery.
- Monitoring sales performance, KPIs and profitability.
- Working closely with the Aftersales and Marketing teams to maximise business opportunities.
- Maintaining exceptional showroom standards and ensuring the Triumph brand is represented to the highest level.
- Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensuring compliance with finance, regulatory and company procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a sales management role, ideally within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Is a strong leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Is commercially aware with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is highly organised, motivated and results driven.
- Has a genuine passion for motorcycles and the Triumph brand.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
