About you
-
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post-qualification management experience

Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Experience leading and managing accounting teams

Knowledge of Netsuite and Sage Payroll systems

Excellent communicator able to convey complex financial information clearly
What you'll do

Assist senior management in providing strategic financial oversight over multiple business areas

Oversee payroll processing and reporting for the group

Lead the preparation of management accounts and revenue reports

Manage the accounts team, ensuring system integrity and financial controls

Support year-end account preparation and audit processes

Reconcile ledger accounts, including bank, assets, and liabilities

Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements such as PAYE and VAT

Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, supporting procurement activities

Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and internal controls
