Housing Account Manager
Come join the Acorn team, where we pride ourselves on maintaining top housing contracts that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. As a Housing Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations right from the initial inquiry stage through to completion, all while adhering to the specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all housing inquiries, jobs, and projects ensuring they transition seamlessly from inception to completion.
- Engage in active management of housing contracts including client communications, SLA adherence, quotations, and necessary reporting.
- Be the go-to point of contact for clients, tenants, and surveyors, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a hands-on approach by daily interaction with tenants, clients, and surveyors to have a firm grasp on the work being done and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure meticulous data management on our tracking system for smooth work program delivery and client portal usability.
- Monitor and manage the ‘housing inbox’ to ensure all requests are promptly actioned.
- Assist in general administrative duties and provide cover during sickness or annual leave as needed.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Uphold client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring they are met, recorded, and reported accordingly.
- Maintain a well-organised approach to daily activities with a keen understanding of reporting and timescales.
- Ensure accurate data maintenance in the tracking system for smooth program deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum C grades in English and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification. Suitable previous experience will also be considered.

- You will report directly to the Housing Manager.
- Commitment to compliance with Company Procedures, UKAS, and HSE is essential.
- Willingness to attend training courses and meetings as required.

- Salary £30,000 - £34,000 PA + Monthly Performance Based Bonus (Following probation completion) OTE up to £36,400 PA.
