Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable cleaning professional to join our founding team. As a White Glove Cleaning Specialist, you’ll provide top-tier cleaning services to clients, ensuring every space is spotless, organized, and exceeds expectations. As we grow, so will the opportunities for our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces to a high standard.
- Pay close attention to detail work (baseboards, corners, fixtures, appliances).
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and preferences.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain and care for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential or hospitality a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Trustworthy, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Flexible availability.
Pay: £12.71-£18.70 per hour
