Duties
- Develop and implement career development programmes tailored to organisational needs, utilising tools such as Adobe Captivate for e-learning content creation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external employers and industry partners to facilitate employment opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to organise mentoring schemes, workshops, and training sessions aimed at enhancing employee skills and career progression.
- Utilise HRIS systems including Workday, Salesforce, and SharePoint to manage data related to employee development, partnerships, and programme tracking.
- Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to diverse audiences, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Support organisational talent management strategies by mentoring employees and providing guidance on career pathways.
- Analyse programme effectiveness through data collection and reporting, recommending improvements based on insights gathered.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching or training roles, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools such as Adobe Captivate; experience in content development is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of human resources practices, including HRIS systems like Workday or similar platforms.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce; proficient in utilisation of SharePoint for document management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with external organisations and employers.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching individuals in a professional setting is advantageous.
