Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar & Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Preparing and presenting drinks in accordance with standard procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
- Assisting with setting up tables and clearing after service
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately using POS systems
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times
- Providing friendly assistance to guests, addressing any enquiries or special requests
- Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or Mediterranean restaurant service is desirable but not essential
- Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
