Commercial Fit-Out Project Coordinator

Job Summary
As an established shopfitting organisation, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Fit-Out Project Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of retail, hospitality, leisure and commercial fit-out projects across the UK, for both existing and new clients.
Working alongside our Project Managers, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will act as a link between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments.
Key responsibilities will include preparing action plans, gathering and coordinating the resources required to keep projects moving efficiently. You will work as part of a collaborative team, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Skills & Experience
Essential

· Strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Desirable
· Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, or commercial fit-out projects
· Understanding of construction processes and CDM regulations
· Experience using SAP
· Knowledge of procurement and subcontractor management processes

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
· Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple fit-out projects
· Prepare and maintain project programmes, trackers, and reporting documents
· Schedule project activities and monitor progress against key milestones
· Coordinate site start-up requirements and pre-construction documentation
· Organise project handover documentation and close-out information, e.g. O&M manuals
