Graffiti Design is an award-winning signage manufacturer based in East Sussex, producing bespoke signage for many of the UK’s best-known high street brands.
We’re looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our friendly workshop team. Whether you already have experience in signage manufacturing or have transferable workshop skills, we provide full training and the opportunity to develop your career.

What you’ll be doing
Working within our production workshop, you’ll help manufacture a wide range of bespoke signage using a variety of materials, tools and equipment. Duties may include:
- Assembly of bespoke signage
- LED and electrical wiring/assembly
- Operating workshop machinery and hand tools
- Producing work to a high standard of quality
- Working safely as part of a collaborative production team
Full training will be provided.
Essential skills
- Confident using a variety of hand tools
- Good practical and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pride in producing quality workmanship
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
Desirable skills (not essential)
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Welding
- Basic electrical wiring/LED assembly experience
- Powder coating or wet spray painting
- Signage manufacturing
- Brake press operation
- Guillotine operation
- Chop saw operation
- General fabrication
