Pay & Benefits
- £15 per hour
- £31,200 basic salary
- OTE £35,000 – £40,000+
- Paid travel time

The Job
- Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
- Plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general fabric repairs
- Grounds maintenance where required
- Fault finding and problem solving
- Supporting planned preventative maintenance
- Part of a fair on-call rota

- Multi-trade experience (essential)
